This page applies to the MinnaLearn: Japanese N5 mobile application available on Google Play.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the MinnaLearn app on your device
- Go to Profile (last tab)
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
You can also send a deletion request by email:
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your account email and display name (Firebase Authentication)
- Study progress (lesson completion, quiz scores, streaks, study time)
- Bookmarked vocabulary
- Learned kanji progress
- Achievements and game scores
- All data stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore
- All data stored locally on your device
Data That May Be Retained
No personal data is retained after account deletion. Firebase may retain anonymized analytics data for up to 60 days as part of their standard processing.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed immediately when done through the app. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning progress, streaks, bookmarks, and achievements will be permanently lost.
